Schwitzer's Ice-cream
from in-house production
The finest ice cream made in-house by Schwitzer. Our creamy ice cream flavors are made with natural ingredients, 100% fruit, little sugar and no artificial colors or flavors. We get the milk from the Knodel dairy farm in Karlsbad-Langensteinbach and the eggs from Becker’s farm shop in Rüppurr. The feed for the animals is GMO-free and locally grown. The majority of our raw materials come from the region and the packaging is biodegradable.

Would you like unusual ice cream flavorN or but rather the classics?
Our homemade creations have something to suit every taste. With natural ingredients, little sugar and no artificial colors or flavors, we produce ice cream in our own factory according to Schwitzer’s recipes. Creamy ice cream flavors, light sorbets and vegan variants are made from 100% fruit, the finest Valrhona chocolate or coffee beans from our own plots in Brazil.

We get the milk for our ice cream from the Knodel dairy farm in Karlsbad-Langensteinbach. The Knodel family has been running their farm with around 60 dairy cows for three generations, following Bioland guidelines since 2016. The feed for the cows is GMO-free and locally grown.
We get the eggs from Becker’s farm shop in Rüppurr. The Becker family has been running the farm with its own farm shop and butcher’s shop since 1956, also in the third generation. They feed their chickens with meal and corn from their own production.
