Our Schwitzer’s Bistro is located in the immediate vicinity of the hotel, just a 15-20 minute walk away in the building of the renowned Albtherme spa in Waldbronn. It is not only open to guests of the spa, but also to external visitors. Our varied culinary offer includes weekly changing specialities, from a delicious and healthy breakfast with fresh regional ingredients to refreshing salads and delicious salmon bagels. You can also enjoy savoury dishes such as currywurst with homemade sauce, aromatic burritos or the tender Wiener schnitzel from the northern Black Forest pasture-fed veal. The tempting selection of desserts, cakes and our homemade ice cream will entice your taste buds, as will our extensive drinks menu with a variety of hot and cold alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
