Our hygiene concept

Dear guests,

Your health and that of our employees is also very important to us. That is why we have developed a small “concept” with which we would like to protect you and our employees:

Regular hand washing reduces the spread of the virus, but if you have not been able to wash your hands just before your stay, we have set up disinfection stations for you in all restaurants and public areas, where you are welcome to help yourself.

Our employees continuously wear mouth and nose protection. We ask you to wear appropriate protection when moving in the restaurant.

All our restaurants are set up in such a way that the minimum distance of 1. 50 m can be maintained. We also strive to maintain the distance of 1. 50 m when it is possible to interact with others.

We try to keep our doors open all the time so that sufficient air circulation is ensured and viruses cannot get stuck in the air.

Please also understand that we will assign you a table during these times and will not be able to accept your wardrobe.

In gastronomy, as before Corona, we work according to HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) – from preventive control systems to food safety.

Please reserve a table before your visit to our restaurants, so that we can better plan the current occupancy and guarantee your table.

To use our digital menu, simply scan the corresponding QR code on the information board on your table with your mobile phone.

As usual, we are happy to give you a smile, but do so without the handshake or similar haptic greetings.

If you have any questions or uncertainties regarding compliance with hygiene standards, you are welcome to ask our employees at any time. It is important to us that you feel comfortable, but above all that you feel safe and that you continue to enjoy visiting our house.
