In Schwitzer’s Brasserie & Lounge you can enjoy modern-rustic dishes in a casual atmosphere, which have been awarded the “Bib Gourmand 2019”. In summer, our terrace in the middle of the green invites you to linger, in winter, the fireplace lounge entices you to enjoy coffee, cake and snacks.
With the trainee menu, our trainees show what they can do and invite you to new moments of indulgence at all opening times. And the seasonally changing menu regularly surprises with new creations. Popular in all seasons: our brasserie burger.

Start the day healthy with a hearty and healthy breakfast. Ideal: Our “The breakfast board for the long vacation day” with fresh specialties from the farm. In addition, we recommend a freshly squeezed juice of the day.
Light snacks, sweet cakes and delicious (non-) alcoholic pick-me-ups offer a tasty refreshment in between.
But also the gourmets of the vital cuisine will find a mixture of different dishes, which you can find under Healthy & Delicious. But our classics, such as Schwitzer’s Currywurst with homemade sauce, Strasbourg sausage salad or a Wiener Schnitzel from the northern Black Forest pasture calf from the region must not be missed.

The Sixteen is the unique experience gastronomy in the heart of Straubenhardt.
